I chose a different tool for CRM, InfusionSoft, and it is not ideal or me. Although it has some pretty nifty email automations and marketing automations, it is not for the small one-person business. It requires, in my opinion, dedicated staff. I was intrigued by Nimble, because of the social media integration, but I had a hard time finding positive experiences. In retrospect, I wish I would have chosen Pipedrive.

I still may change. Time will tell.

Also, this article is incredibly well written. I particularly like how you gave actionable steps for each of the 4 quadrants. I had a big insight to combine giving projects to team members according to strengths and combining it with validation. I did this recently by asking a more analytical person to create a survey and then giving specific praise about the wording of his questions … and I could sense he felt joy for being rewarded according to his strengths.
